Your Parish Council meets on the first Wednesday of every other month at 7pm in the village hall, Foston on the Wolds, unless stated differently above.

An Agenda will be displayed on the Foston notice board and the Parish Council website at least three days before the meeting. For further details about attendance, submission of items for the Agenda, and speaking, please refer to Policy and Procedures on this site.

Annual Report of the Parish Council

Each year an Annual Report is produced and presented at the Annual Parish Meeting. If it is accepted as a true record it is appended to the Minutes. Copies of the last few years' Reports are available as downloads on the left. 

Precept Forecast

The Council is required to submit an annual request for a precept from East Riding of Yorkshire County Council. The process begins in October/November with a forecast being produced for consideration and acceptance before submission to ERYCC. Their deadline is the beginning of January, and a single payment is made in April each year.
